Here at Wee Care Pediatrics, we have a staff of well qualified practictioners. We have a mix of doctors and nurse practioners to serve your little ones, each having their own special reason of why they love what they do. Get to know a little about our practioners below.
Our Providers
Dr. Margot Crossley
DO/ Owner
Dr. Crossley has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the El Paso County Medical Society.
She graduated with a bachelors of science degree from the University of Florida in Gainsville, Florida. She went on to gain her doctorate of Osteopathy from the University of New England in Maine.
Dr. Crossley honorably served active duty with the United States Army Medical Corp. from 1985-1992.
Wee Care Pediatrics was opened by Dr. Crossley in 2004 making a positive impact on the Colorado Springs Community.
Dr. Crossley loves to spend time with her grandchildren in her free time, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Ashlee Harris, C-PNP
Ashlee Harris is a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in caring for medically complex children and their families. With over 7 years of experience as a registered nurse, Ashlee has dedicated her career to providing thoughtful, family-centered care rooted in both clinical expertise and personal connection.
Ashlee earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado, Denver, where she specialized as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
As a mother of two, Ashlee understands firsthand the challenges and joys of parenthood. She brings this perspective into every patient interaction, practicing with empathy and always asking, "What would I want for my own children?"
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys discovering new restaurants and cuisines—a love sparked by her childhood as a military kid living around the world. She also loves traveling to new countries, and when she’s not on the go, she enjoys quiet time with her kids and binge-watching her favorite shows.
Ashlee is committed to supporting families through every stage of their child’s growth—offering care that is personal, evidence-based, and rooted in a genuine love for pediatric health and wellness.
Tristen Dinkel, MSN, MSPC, APRN, FNP-BC, CPN, CNRN
Tristen is a nurse practitioner with 20 years of health care experience, working 17 of those years at Children’s Hospital Colorado. She graduated from Trinity Christian College with her Bachelors in Science of Nursing, from University of Colorado with her Masters in Science of Palliative Care and from Purdue University with her Masters in Science of Nursing. She is a certified pediatric and neuroscience registered nurse. Her passion includes guiding families through all stages of their life and she believes in quality of life no matter the diagnosis. She has 2 kids at home that keep her humble and busy with their activities and her husband is a wildland firefighter. Tristen enjoys gardening, fly-fishing, traveling and riding bikes with her family when she isn’t playing with kids in the clinic.
Keith Poston, FNP
Keith Poston is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in the medical field for nearly 20 years. Prior to working in medicine he worked with children at a local daycare. He's lived in Colorado Springs for 37 years.
Educationally Keith attended CSU Fort Collins and completed his Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at CSU-Pueblo. Later, he finished his Masters of Science at Walden University. He has worked in hospitals doing pulmonology, cardiology, trauma, and ER. He has also worked in home pediatric care. He connects most with early life/infant care and enjoys treating those with autism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, genetic disorders, and asthma.
Keith is the oldest of 3 brothers and is also a father of 4. He has been married for more than 12 years and his wife is the preschool director at Rocky Mountain Calvary where he also attends.
Outside of work Keith enjoys exercising, watching football, walking the dogs, and playing with his kids. He enjoys Star Wars, Harry Potter, and most fantasy movies and games.
