Here at Wee Care Pediatrics, we have a staff of well qualified practictioners. We have a mix of doctors and nurse practioners to serve your little ones, each having their own special reason of why they love what they do. Get to know a little about our practioners below. 

Our Providers

Dr. Margot Crossley
DO/ Owner 

Dr. Crossley has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the El Paso County Medical Society. 

 

She graduated with a bachelors of science degree from the University of Florida in Gainsville, Florida. She went on to gain her doctorate of Osteopathy from the University of New England in Maine.

 

Dr. Crossley honorably served active duty with the United States Army Medical Corp. from 1985-1992.

 

Wee Care Pediatrics was opened by Dr. Crossley in 2004 making a positive impact on the Colorado Springs Community.

Dr. Crossley loves to spend time with her grandchildren in her free time, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Brittney Tossetti
MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC

Brittney is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passionate interest in holistic health and wellness. She believes families and their children deserve to know all their options for care and that there can be more than just a "one size fits all" approach for their child. While Brittney enjoys seeing patients of all ages, her clinical interest includes the care of newborns and infants. She knows your child's first few years of life can be filled with wellness for years to come with the appropriate guidance, education, and patient-centered and individualized care early on. 

 

Brittney completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Fort Hays State University, Kansas, and obtained her master's degree in nursing from the University of Colorado, Denver.

 

In Brittney's spare time, she enjoys traveling the country in her trailer with her husband, daughter, and Goldendoodle. When she is not out sight-seeing, she remains very active and enjoys tennis, golf, running outdoors and is an avid skier and snowboarder in the colder months.

Morgan Turley
DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC

​

Morgan completed

her undergraduate education in nursing with a minor in Spanish at Texas Christian University. Her masters and doctoral education was completed at University of Colorado Denver at Anschutz Medical Campus.

​

Morgans doctorate project focused on educating teenagers with type 1 diabetes about the dangers of substance use with diabetes and providing life-saving strategies to avoid those dangers.

​

Morgan chooses to work in medicine because, as a kid, she had health care providers who helped her deal with chronic illness, and she wanted to be that provider for kids and families.

​

Morgan believes its her way of giving back to the medical community! She looks forward to working with your child and your family. 

Ashlee Harris
MSN,APRN, C-PNP

Ashlee Harris is a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in caring for medically complex children and their families. With over 7 years of experience as a registered nurse, Ashlee has dedicated her career to providing thoughtful, family-centered care rooted in both clinical expertise and personal connection.

Ashlee earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado, Denver, where she specialized as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

As a mother of two, Ashlee understands firsthand the challenges and joys of parenthood. She brings this perspective into every patient interaction, practicing with empathy and always asking, "What would I want for my own children?" 

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys discovering new restaurants and cuisines—a love sparked by her childhood as a military kid living around the world. She also loves traveling to new countries, and when she’s not on the go, she enjoys quiet time with her kids and binge-watching her favorite shows.

Ashlee is committed to supporting families through every stage of their child’s growth—offering care that is personal, evidence-based, and rooted in a genuine love for pediatric health and wellness.

Keith Poston
FNP, APRN, MSN

Keith completed his bachelor’s degree at Colorado State University Pueblo in 2011. His master’s degree was complete in 2019 from Walden University. He was raised in Colorado Springs since the age of 2. He has worked in the medical field for nearly 20 years as a CAN, LPN, and FNP.

 

Keith Has 4 children and has been married for 11 years. He has always loved working with children and has worked in daycares and children’s ministry prior to working in the medical field. In his free time Keith enjoys watching and coaching his children’s sports, doing CrossFit, watching football and spending time with his family. He looks forward to caring for your family and his goal is to treat your child the way he would treat his own family.

Patricia Donagen
MSN,  FNP-C

Patricia brings over 13 years of nursing experience across emergency,orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric settings, and now serves as aFamily Nurse Practitioner at Wee Care Pediatrics. She earned herBachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska MedicalCenter, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from WalshUniversity with a specialization in Family Nurse Practice. Her advanced training focuses on child development, family health, and preventive care, ensuring that the children and families she treats receive up-to-date, evidence-based care.

 

Known for her warm, empathetic approach, Patricia is committed tohelping patients and families feel informed and supported in theirhealth care decisions. She values building lasting relationships, andemphasizes prevention and early intervention as key elements ofachieving optimal health for children and families alike. Outside theclinic, Patricia enjoys watching her sons play sports and relaxing athome whenever she gets a moment.
