Dr. Crossley has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the El Paso County Medical Society.
She graduated with a bachelors of science degree from the University of Florida in Gainsville, Florida. She went on to gain her doctorate of Osteopathy from the University of New England in Maine.
Dr. Crossley honorably served active duty with the United States Army Medical Corp. from 1985-1992.
Wee Care Pediatrics was opened by Dr. Crossley in 2004 making a positive impact on the Colorado Springs Community.

Dr. Crossley loves to spend time with her grandchildren in her free time, making memories that will last a lifetime.
Brittney is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passionate interest in holistic health and wellness. She believes families and their children deserve to know all their options for care and that there can be more than just a "one size fits all" approach for their child. While Brittney enjoys seeing patients of all ages, her clinical interest includes the care of newborns and infants. She knows your child's first few years of life can be filled with wellness for years to come with the appropriate guidance, education, and patient-centered and individualized care early on.
Brittney completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Fort Hays State University, Kansas, and obtained her master's degree in nursing from the University of Colorado, Denver.
In Brittney's spare time, she enjoys traveling the country in her trailer with her husband, daughter, and Goldendoodle. When she is not out sight-seeing, she remains very active and enjoys tennis, golf, running outdoors and is an avid skier and snowboarder in the colder months.
Brittney is a Colorado native and is overjoyed to provide care and give back to the community where she grew up.

Audrey Gilliam is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion of providing
families education that involves and engages parents in their child’s healthcare. Audrey grew up
in Texas but couldn’t get to the mountains of Colorado fast enough!
In her 20-year nursing career Audrey has had the opportunity to work in many specialties of
nursing. These include emergency, critical care, perioperative, and pediatrics. She completed
her masters at University of Texas at El Paso.
Audrey feels building a relationship with patients and their families is essential when providing
quality care. Her love for children has only grown since becoming a mother herself, knowing
both professionally and personally how special it is to have a clinician that can create that
special bond with a child. She looks forward to caring for and creating a relationship with each
family. In her free time Audrey enjoys camping, hiking, crafting, going to live concerts, and
attending her son’s sports events.
Morgan Turley
DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC
Morgan completed
her undergraduate education in nursing with a minor in Spanish at Texas Christian University. Her masters and doctoral education was completed at University of Colorado Denver at Anschutz Medical Campus.

Morgans doctorate project focused on educating teenagers with type 1 diabetes about the dangers of substance use with diabetes and providing life-saving strategies to avoid those dangers.
​
Morgan chooses to work in medicine because, as a kid, she had health care providers who helped her deal with chronic illness, and she wanted to be that provider for kids and families.

Morgan believes its her way of giving back to the medical community! She looks forward to working with your child and your family.

Jessica Donaldson
MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC
Jessica is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for preventative initiatives and education offered through local, community, primary-care services. Her desire is to provide family-centered care to children in the Colorado Springs area. She believes that caring for children is best done through relationship and partnership with the family.
​
She began her career in healthcare in 2009 after graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a BSN in Nursing. She worked as a pediatric nurse for more than 12 years in cardiac surgery and whole organ transplant and the ER at two of the top pediatric hospitals in the nation—Seattle Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital Colorado. She completed her graduate studies at the University of Colorado.

In her free-time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and three boys—playing plenty of board and card games, enjoying basketball and football, hiking, and traveling.
Alyssa Walsh
MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC
Alyssa graduated from the University of Colorado’s PNP in primary care program, she has a well-rounded background in caring for pediatric patients.
Alyssa has10+ years of nursing experience in the neonatal ICU. She is involved with The Children’s Hospital mentorship program which continues to improve employee satisfaction and helps new employees feel connected within the organization.

Alyssa is passionate for preventative medicine, newborn care, and mental health. Her top priority is keeping her patients and families’ safe.

During Alyssas free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors; camping, skiing and hiking. She spends time with her family, loving on her daughter and brand new son.
